The Receptionist will provide personal administrative support to fellow staff members and the organization through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. Will also be managing the organization's main lobby area, which will including the greeting and directing of all visitors, while providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
Hours will be in the morning, Monday- Friday, approximately 25 hours a week. $9.75/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors entering establishment.
Schedule all appointments and work orders.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages as needed.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.
Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems.
Provide excellent customer service by phone, email and/or in person.
Organize reports.
Data entry, filing and editing paperwork.
Receive collections.
Previous professional office experience, desired
Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel
Comfortable accepting and making phone calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be a team-player with a positive attitude

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
